Motor Fusing and Motor Circuit Design, Three Phase and Single Phase

This program selects the proper fuse class, sizes the fuse and also designs the motor circuit -- giving you the proper disconnect size, starter size, and conductor/conduit size and calculates the maximum circuit length.

The program compensates for motor type, motor size, motor voltage, design letter, name plate rating, service factor, starts per hour, starting time, available fault current, motor protection priority, Type 1 and 2 protection and ambient fuse temperature.

Like other EDR calculation modules this module contains extensive Help files for motor protection and fuse theory, program use, engineering applications advice, NEC code requirements and paths to other information resources. The module also contains calculation/project documentation aids.
